Refund policy

All jewelry purchased in store is eligible for store credit only within 10 days of purchase. 
All Gem Home sales are FINAL SALE.

No cash or card refunds for in-store purchases. All store credits expire 1 year from date issued.

Online jewelry orders may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the jewelry.  
We no longer apply a 10% restocking fee on refunds 
We DO NOT accept order cancellations.

-You must email us at info@shopgemjewelry.com and notify us that you are shipping the unworn, in perfect condition jewelry back to Gem. Upon receiving the jewelry, we will refund you the amount owed for the jewelry returned.

-If an online order is returned within 7-14 days, a store credit will be issued.

-If you request ring sizing upon placing an order online, the ring is then considered final sale.

-All Gem Home sales are FINAL SALE.

-ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE unless otherwise noted and cannot be returned for either store credit or refund, please be aware when purchasing sale items that they are not returnable and that it will be considered a final sale, thank you.

-Jewelry will not be accepted back if it was worn or damaged.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable.

-We suggest sending the jewelry back via a safe and insured shipping method such as UPS or FedEx and send to:
