ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed between Tuesday-Friday will ship within 1-2 business days. Sometimes, if an order is placed before 2PM on a business day it will ship out the same day.

IN STORE PICK UP

Local customers may select "In store pick up" at checkout. You'll receive a notification from us when your order is ready for pick up. Make sure to review our store hours and have your order number ready when you come in.

Jewelry Orders under $150: $12

Jewelry orders over $150: FREE

Expedited 2-day shipping: $50

International Shipping: We are currently unable to ship orders internationally

In-store Pickup: FREE

Gem Home Small Items Flat Rate: $15
Gem Home Large Items Flat Rate: $25
Gem Home Art and Large Items Subject to higher shipping costs - please contact us for a quote.

All orders over $450 may require a signature at delivery for the carrier to insure the item.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

All items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded for the out of stock item.
